LOVE remit is a relatively new remittance application that focuses on international outbound remittances.
We help them to clarify the potential target customer (aligning with their current resource and capabilities) and identify marketing channels, solutions, and ideas that will efficiently drive new customers through market analysis, slot analysis, competitive landscape, competitor service comparison, price comparison, segment analysis, grouping and prioritizing target audiences, growth opportunities analysis and strategic initiatives guidelines and recommendation.

ADAPTIVE MARKETING:

We built an ecosystem consisting of audience segment, data capturing tools using digital flyers, segment delivery using various media (online + offline), engagement via digital flyers, activation via a combination of offline and online, digital rewards enable, campaign performance results, and insights through 1 unified system and visualizing the data through a simple dashboard.

This will enable the company to have a sustainable marketing/consumer activation campaign, design the right platform/media to engage the specific target audience, do the A/B testing consistently, dynamically capture the market changes and implement adaptive marketing.

THE CONSUMER PURCHASE BEHAVIOUR DATA MANAGEMENT PLATFORM
I led the team to develop a new product called MYKADO consumer purchase behavior data management platform.

This platform is basically a unifying platform to collect, organize and dynamically capture real consumer purchase data from any source (including online, offline, and mobile) and turn these data into insights.

This platform enables companies to do end-to-end marketing campaign measurement, which can be the backbone of data-driven marketing and allows businesses to gain unique insights into their customers and do adaptive marketing.

CLOUD PAAS FOR TELKOMSEL

EKADO DIGITAL VOUCHER APP AND TELKOMSEL MOBILE COUPON
We successfully launched a cloud platform as a service for Telkomsel. CloudMAX is a software solution (available in Playstore, App store (apple), Windows, and Mac) that enables Telkomsel to offer a personal cloud service to their subscribers.
In partnership with Cloudike as a platform enabler, Access Mobile Indonesia's (I led the team) role was to do all the pitching, follow all the tender requirements (including but not limited to features discussion, document submission, and product presentation) including project management supervision, go to market plan discussion and post launching review and analysis.
eKado is a digital gifting app for Telkomsel subscribers that enable the customer to share gift with their friends without any hassle.
We had a partnership with Telkomsel to manage the performance of the App and were also responsible for the merchant acquisition.
While Telkomsel Mobile Coupon is a service that allows customers to get discount coupons via SMS from merchants located around the customers and redeem it without hassle.
We were the official reseller for Telkomsel, I led the team to acquire merchants on board and manage the Mobile Coupon performances for each merchant.
